All in-network insurance verification, claims processing, and payment collection are managed directly through Headway to guarantee complete financial transparency and eliminate administrative hassle.

- In-Network Insurance Partner: All in-network insurance processing, benefit verification, and claim submissions are managed seamlessly through Headway.
Upfront Cost Transparency: Headway verifies your coverage and emails you an explicit estimate of your co-pay or deductible responsibility before your first session.
Seamless Billing: Once your coverage is verified, Headway automatically processes co-pays or deductibles after each session without manual invoice hassle.
Out-of-Network Options: If your plan is out-of-network, itemized superbills (clinical receipts) are provided upon request for you to submit to your carrier for independent reimbursement.
Self-Pay Rates & Payment Options
Standard Session Fee: $150 per individual virtual session.
Sliding Scale: A limited number of reduced-rate slots are offered based on financial need (discussed during consultation).
Accepted Payment Methods: All major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Zelle (available upon request, strictly for self-pay clients).
